BMW Welt and Classic Tour

Last month AnyM were invited to join BMW in Munich to experience a back stage tour of there very special Classic department which houses one of everything weird and wonderful. Even the original James Bond 750iL from Tomorrow Never Dies is there! (See video below).

After a three hour tour of the four story, car filled building we were ushered off to the unique BMW Welt, the home of BMW’s Munich handover centre. This is where the general public are invited to interact with everything BMW as well as containing a fantastic restaurant where you can enjoy a cold Bavarian beer or two!!

From here we were taken to the museum and given a guided tour through the ages of BMW, starting with the first ever BMW engine, a M room, and well, everything ever powered my BMW!

In all a fantastic trip and well worth the drive down especially if your in a convoy of M cars, our record was 14!! Below is a range of shots from our time with the BMW team – thanks to all involved.
